We just converted our cheap builder quality electric heat over to gas and we cannot say enough about Heat and Cool. They have been our service techs for several years now and today they installed our gas system. BIG BIG thank you to all of you during this process. Special thanks to Aaron and Brian our installers. You guys are amazing and worked your tails off. We appreciate your professionalism and attention to detail. You will be our go too for many years to come. Highly recommend!
Was having cycling issues with an older furnace. Called one afternoon, and they were out the next morning to take care of our issues. Nice people to deal with.
Heat & Cool is the company to call! Called them Wednesday to have an inspection/tune up because we're selling our home. They came Thursday as promised in the time frame we set up, even had a 30 min call ahead! The technician that came out, Sage, was super polite and very knowledgeable on what he was doing plus he was quite funny. We will DEFINITELY call again from our new home if and when the time comes!!! Thank you :)

In the last year and a half I've had to have my furnace and a.c unit replaced, not to mention a service call at the begining of last summer when the tech from heat and cool was able to get my old unit to run well enough to get us through a whole nother summer even though I knew my unit should have been replaced the year before that. The guys from heat and cool were courteous and got me taken care of in a very reasonable amount of time, thanks jade...I will definitely be referring everyone I know to heat and cool !!
I had Heat & Cool install two new furnace and a/c units in a house I am renovating. Ran into a problem with a condensate pump yesterday. Jade's crew had it replaced within two hours of me calling him. Anytime you have major work done there is potential for problems, but these guys make it right and do it quick.

Our furnace quit working suddenly last Friday so we called Heat & Cool and an hour later had a service technician in our home giving us a diagnosis. Jade, the owner, even came over immediately at our request to give us our options. We decided to replace the entire (old) furnace and less than 24 hours later, on a Saturday, two friendly and knowledgeable Heat & Cool guys installed our new furnace! Thanks Jade and the guys for fast and friendly service!
