We were having some issues getting an email to go through to Heat and Control. Found out they were having email issues. Placed a call to Mr. Jeff Vanosdall. He came through for us. We placed an order. Then realized we had not given him the correct count on the items. He somehow managed to get the order corrected and sent out the same day. He did an awesome job for us. He is very knowledgeable in his job. He receives 5 stars from us.
