Russell and James replaced my HVAC unit. They were knowledgable, professional and courteous. Work was performed on time and quality was very good. All problems were cleared up and the workplace was cleaned as before the job started. Pricing was competitive and provided a good value for the money. Job was completed as per the estimate, with no additional fees or added costs. I recommend Heat and Air Direct as a trustworthy company.

Russell is the best. No question. He was very helpful in trying to help me diagnose the problem (to save me some money) and extremely responsive in coming out even after I cancelled my first appointment. Russell clearly explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. In no time, he figured out the issue and fixed our problem. He didn't try to push services on us, and his price was more than fair. I'll be calling him for all of my future services and repairs (few I hope). Feel confident in hiring Russell.
