Is it possible to give no stars at all? Terrible terrible service!! My bridesmaids were charged more than what I was quoted over the phone which would have been okay if their hair and makeup at least looked good. Charged considerably more than what I was quoted online for a very simple hair and makeup look because they found out when I got there that I was getting married that day (very small, simple ceremony - was not looking for a "bridal" look). No more was done than would normally be done for a blowout and makeup look. Relaxing and fun atmosphere to get "event-ready" in! Stylist was knowledgeable and helpful to create the look I was going for and I discovered a new dry shampoo for dark hair!
I was a little worried when I was suggested curls, but my hair looked amazing for my work holiday party. It never fell (which is hard for my fine hair), and I only wish I had more special occasions to go to so they could do my hair more often.
Love Heat! I had my bridal hair and make up done by Heat, along with my bridal party and I was truly happy. The girls are so nice and professional. I just keep coming back! My go to place for all my styling needs!
