I was able to get an immediate appointment regarding an issue I had with my hearing aids. After explaining the problem to the Office Manager, Phil, he scheduled my visit promptly. Hearwell has always been responsive to my hearing needs. I have been coming to Hearwell for years. Dr Yoder and other associates are very knowledgeable and takes as much time as necessary to explain processes and procedures. I am very happy with the services I receive from the Hearwell Center. Dr Yoder took a lot of time and care in explaining her services and how they (and general maintenance) would help me protect my hearing. She was very thorough in the procedure she provided and in assessing my base line hearing. I really appreciated being treated like a human being instead of just a number. I would highly recommend these offices for both remedial or preventative care.
I experienced an excellent visit at the Penn Center Blvd. HearWell Center My current hearing aid warranty has lapsed and decisions need to be made regarding future hearing aids and/or services. Information afforded to me regarding both were explanatory and definitive which will allow me to make the proper decisions. The doctors at HearWell Center are committed to helping you experience the best hearing possible.
Dr. Yoder was very thoughtful and patient and professional. She is very knowledgeable about hearing aids and audiology. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her staff to my family and friends.
This was my first visit to a hearing specialist. I feel the place was outstanding from cleanliness in the waiting area and offices to the kind and caring doctor. Everything was explained clearly and I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. Family like. I would recommend this place to everyone. 5 star rating.
