I have been wearing hearing aids for over 10 years. I have always dealt with Hearwell. I have always been greeted with a smile and made comfortable. I have dealt with both Dr Yoder and Dr Chandonais. They greeted me and listened to my hearing concerns. They tested my hearing and suggested the best device. They fitted them and set them for my specific hearing needs. Dr. Yoder does things differently. She listens, and her staff does too. She understands the life of living with hearing loss and using hearing assistive devices. Having worked in the field from an educational standpoint, I can say with full confidence having her and her team as your audiologist is a smart move. Ever since HearWell Center opened 19 years ago, I have gone for hearing tests, hearing aids, supplies, anything that was needed to improve my hearing. Dr. Yoder, Au.D. and now also Dr. Chandonais, Au.D. have exceeded any expectations that I had.
