Just prior to leaving on vacation my hearing aids needed repair. Despite the fact that I live in the upper peninsula of Michigan and was not regular customer, I was given an immediate appointment. Not only were my hearing aids repaired but various adjustments were also made which greatly enhanced my ability to use and monitor them. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough.
It is always a pleasure going to my appointment. From the scheduler to seeing the audiologist. MaryAnne is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge.
Better Time with appts. We had an 11:00 am appt. Did not get in until 12:00 noon. Overall experience was very well done.
