Tom is a true professional. He did fantastic work for us in a short timeframe. He did a technically challenging and large tree removal right next to our home that required great care and skill not to damage the surroundings. He brought out all the big equipment including a huge crane. We were glad we hired Heartwood as Toms experience and skill was evident as he did his work, and the crew he had with him were exceptional. We had Tom come out and look at some fire mitigation we needed on a steep slope behind our house on County Road 250 and he said he'd come out next week and trim a few trees and take out some others. A week later he had taken out many trees, trimmed our big willow, and chipped a huge pile of brush we had. Needless to say the project expanded by about triple and we are very happy with that. The property hadn't had work done on it in 30 years so when a knowledgeable, friendly guy shows up with a chain saw and a bucket truck the... read more
