In July 2023, the flooring in my living room and kitchen was damaged by a burst pipe. Through my insurance claim, Heartwood Timber Floors' laminate flooring was selected and installed in my unit in October 2023. Recently, the coating on two of the laminate planks began to chip. I contacted Heartwood Timber Floors to request a repair. We recently had our timber flooring completed by Heartwood. Chris and the team were so professional and took great care throughout the installation process. The finished floor looks so beautiful, they were easy to communicate with, and they keep everything clean and organised.
We absolutely love our new plantation shutters! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Ian did a fabulous job—he was professional, punctual, and his workmanship was outstanding. We couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend this company.
