Nelson has been easy to work with, friendly, responsive, and professional. As renters, it's nice to know that someone's there to take care of things if anything goes wrong or needs fixing. He made it quick and easy to get into our new home, and has been there for us to help minimize the friction of moving into a new place. Moving is always stressful, but it's a lot easier when you're working with a property manager who gets it.

Nelson at Heartwood Properties has been managing a rental of mine for the last few years. He successfully filled the rental at a rent that netted approximately as much as I had previously been charging in rent. When necessary repairs come up, they have been handled professionally with little work required on my end. And when it comes to the financing side, I love the automated debits and deposits.
