Heartwood Property Management is the best in town. Reasonable price and excellent service. Nelson has been incredibly easy to work with and is always very respectful of our tenants. We will definitely be using Heartwood for other properties in the Portland area.

I was a tenant with Heartwood for 3 years. It was by far my best renting experience. The landlord, Nelson, was always incredibly friendly and responsive. If I ever had a repair or issue that needed to be tended to, he would send someone out almost immediately, even in non emergency situations. Rent was raised minimally throughout my time and never felt unfair or out of line. If I didn't buy, I would absolutely still be living at the property I rented or another Heartwood managed property.
