if it was possible to rate them with Negative score I would. rented a VRBO for 11 days the description of the apartment the minute I made it sound almost like a luxury apartment in Earl wood. its dirty has dead bugs everywhere fly paper hanging from the ceiling and no WIFI i have asked for a refund and they refuse i told them i need WIFI and they have not fixed it as of day 6 they are liars scammers and thief's DONT RENT from this company this is how they make their money by taking advantage of people !!!!!!!
