Avoid this company! I used them twice - the first time they installed our entry doors, and since we liked the results, we decided to hire them to replace our windows as well. That job was done terribly. Not only was the installation delayed and postponed several times, but the quality of the installation was also poor. I had them install a new door in 8/2024. It wasn't installed right the first time and they sent another guy to correct it. Now it is in the middle of the winter and I can feel cold air comes through the side and bottom of the door. I called them to ask them to send someone to check. However, they told me the company had just changed ownership and they don't do residential any more hence they won't come and fix their past problem. It's really disappointing. We got several quotes from different "window" places that advertise have lowest prices, well heartwood prices were better!! The quality of doors and windows great, service amazing!! Highly recommend
