She’s kind, generous, and works with a wide range of effective techniques to address the root cause of health issues, all while sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience. After the sudden onset of food allergies, which the GP couldn’t solve, I saw Elspeth (thanks to a friend-of-a-friend recommendation). I have already improved so much.
