This is the first salon I ever went to in California, I got a silk press and the stylist promised my hair wouldn't get damaged after. I asked several times are you using heat protectant or just taking proper precaution. She said yes! 80% of my hair has heat damage. I have to cut it all off and grow it back out. I'm Livid! I contacted the stylist and got no response. Had she responded and showed remorse or took some accountability I would have never made this review.
