I had the pleasure of working with kiley a nurse from hearts for hospice. She was amazing and so kind. She was easy to reach and quick to help in anyway. We absolutely loved her.
This company is a joke. They fraudulently diagnosed my mother with diabetes without any tests or medical records and screwed our family over on our mom's life insurance AND told my sister (who has a traumatic brain injury) that they won't fix their mistake and she can't do anything about it. Thanks for not caring for our mother. If you have a loved one, SKIP THIS COMPANY. I will be filing Medicare fraud investigation on them.
I cannot begin to say enough about Hearts for Hospice and Home Health. My mom suffered from Parkinsons. she had a few months of PT through Hearts and things seemed to be doing good. Then an awful turn for the worse. She spent almost three weeks in the hospital, with no visitors due to Covid, and we were at a loss on what to do. Hearts staff kept in contact as needed and kept us apprised. Hearts was incredible to work with to help my grandfather in the end months of his life. They helped us through every step, and provided quality care.
They not only took amazing, loving care of our mother, but also patiently walked us through what we needed to do to know that she was getting the best care we all could give her.
