Nathaniel came to our house on the worst day. Our Bammer was in so much pain from cancer. And we were at the end of the road. I have never felt so secure, informed, and treated with such compassion. Thank you Nathaniel! The Cooper family appreciates your beautiful soul more than u will ever know!
There are no words to describe how wonderful our experience with Dr. Cook was. We called Heart's Ease in an emergency situation and they moved appointments around so we were able to be seen in the same day. Dr. Cook is the most soft spoken, gracious, and knowledgeable vet we have ever had the pleasure to work with. When he came to our house, we were expecting the worst. Dr. Bennett took care of our beloved Marley (Puli) and Fidel (Havanese) last year. They both passed away within months of each other. I can not say enough about the care Dr. Bennett provided for both of our boys and for my husband and me. She is absolutely wonderful. I am so glad she was there to help us get through one of the most heart-wrenching times of our lives.
I just lost Jeb, my precious Golden Retriever of 14 years a few weeks ago. I was not the easiest person to help. I was scared, nervous, ambivalent and indecisive. Dr Cook was amazing. He dealt with me, Jeb, my husband and my little girl in the most kind, compassionate and caring way possible. I know this time comes for all of us pet parents and it is so difficult but I cannot say enough about Hearts Ease. I cannot imagine having anyone else with me at this terrible time. They are the best.

Heart's Ease offers a service that I never wanted to use, but one that I could not have done without. When I found out that Lola had cancer, I turned to Dr. Cook to help make the best decisions for her. I think she got the most comfort & happiness possible out of her last month, and we never gave up trying to make her feel better.
