RecommendedWe can’t recommend Hearts Ease enough! We had to put our sweet Marley to sleep a year ago and it was as peaceful experience as it possibly could be. I have never interacted with a vet who is so empathetic and caring. Marley was 100% comfortable and passed with ease. We received a card remembering Marley after his year passing anniversary. 10/10!! We had our sweet Lucy put down today. Dr. Cook came to our home and was amazing. We could not have been more pleased with the whole process. If you find yourself in a place where you feel euthanasia is the best option I highly recommend Hearts Ease!
Thursday I had to make a tough decision of allowing my baby to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Bennett and staff was amazing the entire process. My goofy, sweet Dane boy got sick and went downhill fast. I looked to see if there was such a thing as palliative care or in-home euthanasia. We found Heart's Ease. Over the weekend, Dr. Cook responded to my email. This morning, Abbie called me and went over everything, offered support, and said to call back anytime during the day. Dr. Bennett made a devastating decision and procedure less painful for me. She was kind, gentle and compassionate to me and my sweet P (Peanut). She explained each step of the process and how Peanut would react. She allowed me enough time to process before proceeding to the next step. This was my first time going through this and I am so incredibly grateful for the services Heart's Ease offers. Dr. Bennett truly understands the grief and that pets are family, not "just an animal". HIGHLY recommended.

These people are absolute saints. I had to let go of my best friend for 18 years today and I cannot express how well Dr. Bennett handled everything especially on a tight timeline. While I’m so sad that my friend is gone, they made her passing one of thoughtfulness, respect, integrity and love. Words just can’t say enough. Thank you so much, I will certainly spread the word and never forget the care that was taken with my girl!
