I have taken Joanna's Qigong classes at Heart's Desire Hypnosis and Wellness Center for the last year and cannot say enough about the positive effect it has had on my life! It has improved my ability to sleep as well as helped with chronic pain management. Weekly Qigong class is the most peaceful and relaxing hour of my week. I have always struggled to clear my mind and allow myself to enter a reflective and meditative state but with Joanna's guidance I am learning to do just that. She is very knowledgeable and makes class not only educational but fun. Through hypnosis Joanna was able to help me address chronic pain which was greatly impacting my daily life and I was able return to activities that I love.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Joanna's Autumn Renewal Retreat. The entire experience was wonderful . Joanna is kind, loving, gentle, accepting. As a participant, I was able to relax and receive . There was a lovely guided meditation, ChiGong experience and sound healing which Joanne provided with her singing bowls. We were treated to snacks. I can't say the right amount of thanks to Joanna for my reiki energy healing session. She was so kind and listened to my reason for being there. I felt so relaxed after my session like a weight had been lifted off of me, a day later I'm still feeling great. She also gave me great information and advice after my session for other things that I had mentioned. Highly recommend! Thank you again Joanna for all your help! :)

I am so beyond glad that I found Joanna! I have struggled with anxiety my whole life since childhood. I also have dealt with PTSD for almost the same amount of time. Then agoraphobia hit in the late 90s. And it has been at its worst since late 2011, I cannot go far from home without having panic attacks. It's debilitating, and is preventing me from doing so many things and going to so many places.
