I'm not the most experienced stitcher, but every time I've been in the store the staff at Heart's Desire is always eager to answer my questions and help me. The samples they have on display are so inspiring! They've done a couple of framing jobs for me and I've been very pleased with the results. I always look forward to visiting this store.
The clerks attitude is what is making me say we will never be back. The two items we purchased were not a must haves. When paying for our items she first told us that she didnt have a chip reader and therefor would need to punch in our card. She then tried to deny our card saying she couldn't read the numbers, no the card isnt new but you can still see the numbers. hearts desire framed an embroidery that was made by my grandmother, they used staples that were so big there are now holes in the material from the staples, the glazier points were pinned into the canvas tearing the material in 3 places and tearing the stitches in 2 places. They taped the frame which also tore stitches. They had ONE job!!! EPIC FAIL!!! It is framing they specialize in!!
