The procedure went pretty good but this place is billing practices suck
I did not have wait long. Putting the IV in hurt alot. It is still black and blue. That was a week ago. Sore too.
The WORST!!! I clearly stated when I walked in the door that I wanted my results directly. I did not want the results going to my cardiologist because I was not going back to their office. They assured me I would receive my results directly on the app. When I went to have the scan, I also told the tech the exact same thing, and they also assured me I would have my results in the app. They also said “Jose is so quick. Omg Heartplace Plano imaging is the bomb. I had to go in for a heart ct with contrast, Jay and Chuck were amazing. Jay got my iv in one try, that NEVER happens!! They are so calm and sweet and excellent at their jobs! Very professional. I’d highly recommend going here. Ask for Jay and Chuck! A++++
