Dr. Helms is fantastic. The rest of the staff was unhelpful and quite frankly rude. They tried to overcharge and when I asked to verify what insurance was paying they acted put out and annoyed and stated they have to call my insurance company for clarifications and as it was a Saturday they would call on Monday. I never back on Monday. They finally called in Wednesday to ask for the copay implying I was trying not to pay for the exam.
