Placed an order a month ago and never received prescription! I do not recommend this company.

I don't know what has happened to this company. I used to be able to call the number on the prescription box, and a courteous, competent person would take my order. This took about 2 minutes, and in a few days the meds would be in the mail. This time I have been trying to order for two weeks. Neither the online system nor the phone system works. I have had 2 email responses, neither one resulting in a completed order. I'm done.

They charged for an order that was clearly cancelled due to them taking over two weeks to respond to multiple phone calls and emails. I never received the product. 'Sue' is a liar and should not be working in the customer service industry at all.

Like so many other reviews mentioned, this company has horrible order fulfillment. I've placed an order several weeks ago, called several times (hold times are over 40 minutes) at first the info I provided on the order screen didn't show up on their end, then they said they faxed it to my vet but never got it back. Called my vet, per them they've sent it back several times but heartland says still don't have it. Per customer service, they were bought out by another large company but aren't staffed and are inundated w/ orders... read more
