The only problem I have? This clinic is located in McPherson, KS we live in South Eastern Reno County some 35-40 miles at least away. The Doctors here provided a Vaccination Day in Burrton, KS and I loved the convenience. Last time I got to use that great service event was Feb 2011. Wish I knew the dates they were coming to our area. Thanks so much for being a Pet Friendly Vet Clinic. I wish you took care of my horses and steer.
We just relocated here from MI. After researching vets, we chose Heartland. We were notalking disappointed. Our German Shepherd has a skin condition causing him to itch often. Our vet in MI barely treated it, and kept prescribing things that didn't work. Refused to give him the proper medication until we had some very costly (& unnecessary) blood work done. Heartland Vet took special care of our injured dog today. The doctor and staff were very caring. Couldn't have had a better experience. Dog and us feel better !
I trust Dr. Handlin & staff with my fur babies. Dr. Handlin's compassion during the recent illness & passing of Lucy shows that she was loved by them all. The sympathy card that followed is appreciated!
