They are the BEST VETS on the Planet .. Love what they do. This morning our Zoe Girl went over the Rainbow Bridge. She had a very bad infection that took its toll in a short amount of time, and she was going down hill quickly, we couldn't let her suffer, and we will surely see her on the other side. Dr Carter, Nancy and the whole staff are wonderful. On Wednesday I knew if was time to let my beautiful Blue go. I made an appointment for Thursday morning but when he took a turn for the worse Wednesday night they had no problem at all with me bringing him right in. They made a heartbreaking time so much easier. They are absolutely the best!
Although I am new to Animal Care of New Egypt, Dr Katina Carter is great. With her advice I was able to get my dog to lose weight. The staff is very helpful with any questions I have and accommodating with my appointments. I am so thankful that I found this establishment.!!!

After a difficult weekend with a very sick kitty, I just have to publicly thank my God for our vets at Animal Care of New Egypt, Drs. Bill and Katina Carter, and their amazing staff. They are caring, thorough, and truly treat their patients (and their owners) like family. I give them my highest recommendation! ���
This office is top notch. Our beloved dog had never been there before and sadly we had to have him put down. Our vet was no longer in business. Dr. Carter took us right away and the entire staff treated us incredibly well and were very compassionate. Today we recieved a card in the mail from the staff and a beautiful poem with Scooters paw print inked onto it. They go above and beyond here. I would highly recommend them.
Everyone in the practice is wonderful and caring! So glad to have great vets and welcoming staff so near by!
