RecommendedOur dog Sandy was so well cared for at Heartland while being boarded for a week. All the staff are wonderful and I feel great about using the place for Sandy. Very clean inside and when we picked her up she smelled great. Thx for taking such good care of her. Will definitely be using again for her when we need the services. 🐶🐶

They have always been accommodating when it comes to working with my schedule. They front desk, techs, and doctors all genuinely care about you and your pets health. My kitten Nemo has a visit today. When we arrived he was visibly stressed, meowing with large pupils, and the moment we finished checking in they offered me a towel covered in calming pheromones to help calm him down. We have been seeing Dr. Katina Carter for more years than I can remember. We have recently seen Dr. Bill Carter as well. They are both so amazing. My dog has allergies and they have always helped him and are always up to date with the newest treatments. They are great vets and wonderful people. The staff is amazing as well. My dog Joey heads straight to see Nancy when we walk in the door!
I love heartland I will be bringing all my animals to them from now on. I had to make and urgent appointment for my kitties and they took me in right away and didn't charge me an arm and leg...they truly cared about my pets and wanted to help. I will recommend them to everyone from now on. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Hands down the very best veterinary services local to Plumsted! My old cat was very sick and near her end and all was handled with grace and compassion. They made sure to explain everything to me with complete honesty, letting me know all of my options, and showing understanding. And more, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff and made to feel most welcome. Add all of that to the impeccably clean waiting area and examination rooms and beautiful background music, I felt like family.
Dr.Bill Carter is the best veterinarian I have ever seen in over 20 years. His bedside manner is unparalleled, and he explains every illness and terminology in detail. He is charismatic, funny, knowledgeable and you can tell he absolutely loves what he does. I walked away with more knowledge then I came inquiring about and confident that my little love, my 11yr old dog Romey would have lasting care and a long life at this Vet!
Extremely friendly and helpful group. Hightly recommended, Jack was more comfortable than any other vet he has been to. Great atmosphere and well kept establishment.
