I am always pleased with the entire staff at Heartland. I live in Radcliff but will drive to this location every time. Well worth the drive!

So this morning I went..sure I had strep. Test was negative. Which means my sinuses were that bad. I walk out with steroids. Gee thanks. I’ve had pneumonia 6x and get a sinus infection every spring. She said no antibiotics unless you’ve had sx x 7 days, which I had sinus problems at least that long, which I shared. She might have noticed the blood in my nose if she bothered to look. I typically go to Care First because each time I go to Heartland, I’m not treated...total waste Of copay...must remember to not go back.

The first day I went, they was great. When I went back to get my stitches out the front desk was horrible, rude and not professional. I will never go back. I actually had to go to another place to remove my stitches.

My husband had an injured wrist, we weren't sure if it was sprained or broken so we went here to find out. They acted like they have never seen a broken bone before. Very unprofessional. Not impressed AT ALL. We were disgusted when we left. We won't be back.

I have 4 children and we have been using Heartland Urgent care for two years for everything from illness to injury to sports physicals. I've never waited more than 15 minutes in the waiting room and the staff is wonderful!! Very grateful to have this facility in Etown.
