Seems like a great Toyota dealership. Didn't end up buying but came that close. Treated me better than my local dealer 500 km closer.
What an amazing service department... Just drove up from the coast and had some overheating issues on our new Tacoma... Heartland service team immediately looked at it and quickly discovered the electric fan was unplugged from a previous service at another dealer. Quick fix and Dave(master tech) asked all the perfect questions to immediately know what to look for. Friendly and prompt fixit for a problem they weren't responsible for. Big thumbs up to Heartland service team.
I had a very pleasant time dealing with Jordan Goetz, he was responsive and informative regarding our first Toyota new vehicle purchase. I’m happy to be doing business with this dealer.
