Horrible service. I Brought my car in on a Saturday for an appointment took six hours to put on new tires and do the alignment. All I had done was get tires. I called after 3 1/2 hours to ask, "how much longer?" and they said "one more hour." l called an hour later and they told me another hour. I am most upset at the lies and unprofessionalism of this place. If it's going to take 6 hours let me know. Don't lie and say it will be ready. Also they charged me $80 for an alignment even though I bought 4 new tires from them.
After having to take our car back multiple times for the same thing that they supposedly fixed, we still dont have the problem resolved but are out $800. The promised phone call from the manager never came either so we're done.
I always get great service! Ask for Steve to do you work. He is awesome!
Worst service EVER!!!
Terrible place to go. My son had brakes done and 5 minutes after he left he got into accident. The brakes failed and he could not stop. Went back into goodyear and cliff the manager was very rude. Goodyear would not take any responsibility for the accident. They blamed my son. Thy put my sons life in danger and people should know they do a terrible job and do not own up to there mistakes
Dishonest Car Repair – We have been dealing with Savage Good Year for car repairs for several years and it seems that whenever we have had any brake issues they would always tell us we needed to have the rotors replaced due to being warped. This is a standard statement when any of our three vehicles have been brought in for brake repair.
