I took my 2019 Nissan to Heartland Tire Savage, to get two front tires put on my car. For whatever reason they decided to put it on the alignment rack, even though I did not ask them to do that. I was informed that my car is Waaaay out of alignment. I then informed them, that I have owned a Frame/Alignment shop for the past 40 years, and specialize in difficult alignment issues. We took our Lincoln MKZ to Heartland Tire in Savage Minnesota to patch a screw hole in the front passenger tire. While I was there, the technician improperly lifted the vehicle literally crushing all four corners of the vehicles rocker panels and ground effects. The technician then opened the driver door which was jammed against the rocker panel and pulled off the lower door trim. Horrible service. I Brought my car in on a Saturday for an appointment took six hours to put on new tires and do the alignment. All I had done was get tires. I called after 3 1/2 hours to ask, "how much longer?" and they said "one more hour." l called an hour later and they told me another hour. I am most upset at the lies and unprofessionalism of this place. If it's going to take 6 hours let me know. Don't lie and say it will be ready. Also they charged me $80 for an alignment even though I bought 4 new tires from them.
After having to take our car back multiple times for the same thing that they supposedly fixed, we still dont have the problem resolved but are out $800. The promised phone call from the manager never came either so we're done.
