Leaks and More Leaks – We spent the extra money on Heartland for our home's roof replacement because they offered a ten year guarantee. Within a few weeks, we had a leak. The representative they sent out was belligerent to my wife from the moment he got out of his truck, telling her it was "impossible" that the roof leaked.
