I had Heartland replace my roof about 5-6 years ago after a hail storm. They were prompt at coming out to give me a quote. The sales person, Stacia was professional and knew what she was doing...showed up with a ladder and up on the roof to assess the damage. She pointed out several things that I didn't catch. She told me exactly when the crew would show up and how long the job would take..she was on site at the start of the job, came back while in process and again when completed to do a walk over with me.
