I have been a resident at Heartland Property since mid 2016. It's been a very enjoyable easy going experience. Let me share with you some of why that is. Convenience is one of the biggest things on my list for place of residence, and Heartland lives up to it in so many ways. Lately, the building has been really dirty. Not really fast in maintenance. For example the elevators have been broken for almost three weeks now with no updates from the manager. Used to be a great building!
Lately, the building has been really dirty. Not really fast in maintenance. For example the elevators have been broken for almost three weeks now with no updates from the manager. Used to be a great building!
This location is quiet and safe while still being close to necessities on 41st Street. I've been really impressed by how well-kept the grounds are—you can expect prompt snow removal in the winter and beautiful trees and shrubs the rest of the year. This is also the cleanest apartment I've had yet. Not only is the management responsive and personable, but they go to extra effort to foster community by holding fun seasonal events and hosting food trucks weekly throughout the summer.
I LOVE THE LOCATION OF WHERE I AM. THE STAFF ARE REALLY NICE AND ATTENTIVE WHEN EVER I HAVE A PROBLEM OR MAINTENANCE ISSUE. THEY ARE AMAZING WHEN IT COMES TO SNOW REMOVAL AND GETTING THAT TAKEN CARE OF ASAP.
