Quite honestly, if I had the option of giving no stars at all, I would do so. This "business" has been extremely disorganized in every encounter I've had with them. My young son qualifies for PCA hours. I chose the choice plan where my husband and I could find a PCA we felt was right for our son. We found 2 PCA's and with both ladies, this company no-showed them on meetings, lost an application, lost a finger-print, and showed absolutely no organization at all.
