Be cautious signing up with these company. They will slap you with so many fees. Read all fine prints in your contract because they will not tell you all sort of fees. Their system is also not in place. I have learned this the hard way. Customer service is outsourced and dont know what they are talking about. They read scripts and was never trained properly from my experience with them.
Based on my experience, this company operates in an unprofessional manner. I advise seeking an alternative payment processor to avoid future issues.
Dont waste your money with this company. All months you have a new fees on your invoice!
This company is not trustworthy and find ways to sneak fees and costs from their customers. It first started with a monthly charge during the pandemic. They stopped mailing paper statements and automatically enrolled businesses into a monthly charge to access your information online. Even if you didn’t enroll or Use the service, you still have to pay. They hope you don’t notice the charge for being PCI compliant. This is something other companies do not promote or charge..
