First appointment with this doctor but I've worn corrective lenses 25+ years so, I thought I knew most of the ropes. At heartland, there were many more things explained to me. The doctor took the time to explain the images they took, and show me the parts of the eye as she was referencing them and explaining my eyes. Kind, friendly staff. The staff greeted us as soon as we were in the door. They checked us in and our appointment started on time. The nurse or eye technician was wonderful. She answered all my questions. The doctor was amazing. She took her time during my exam and it didn’t feel rushed. My daughter was getting a contact exam, the doctor explained everything she needs to know about them. The technician then showed her how to take them out and put them in!
