Wonderful meat produced by wonderful people-- Pat and John and their children are sweet. Don't miss the sandwich steaks, ground beef, NY strips, and flank steak.
We were skeptical when told by the purveyor that this NY strip, that had minimal marbling, would be tasty, but decided to take a chance. Wow, were we ever surprised and delighted by this steak! It was only $20 for a 12 oz. portion, but unlike other steaks we've bought from high-end butchers, there was no fat nor grizzle to remove on the outside, yet the flavor was great.
Not only is this family adorable (sorry folks, it's true) but the cattle they raise makes the best beef broth I've ever made!
