Very accommating to any schedule. All that I could ask for and more in therapy and an overall wonderful experience.
I’ve been going here off and on since 2020. I’ve been treated with kindness and respect every time, and always greeted with a welcoming smile!! I love the appointment reminders the day before. Very professional and down to earth counseling. I can see the positive impact this counseling has had in my life and I’m grateful. I’ve been to other counseling and I’m thankful to have a counselor that genuinely cares about my well being.
We strive to provide the best mental health services and have successfully served many people within our region. We are set up with electronic appt reminders to ensure Clients get prompt notice of appt and/or any changes in appt. Terrible business practices, I rarely review but this place is outrageous they first changed my appointment with no notice, then a few weeks later changed my sons appointment without notice and in both cases gaslighted both of us telling us the appointment was at another time, for a business dealing with mental health it’s devastating to do something like this, do not go, this put such a sour taste in my mouth that they did it to us both I had a card with the original appointment and we had checked my sons on their online sy... read more
