Be aware of these people. We have had nothing but issues with our Heartland luxury home. We have been in our home over 3 years, and are still dealing with issues like foundation cracks and settling, doors that are misaligned and will not shut, radon hat is very very high, even though we were supposed to have a mitigation system. The floors come up, we have had numerous plumbing leaks and mold. We were told we would have a flat lot and the lot slopes 10' from one side to the other, we were lied to from day 1. BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Lot size represented as one size and then .18 acre smaller when all was said and done. Construction quick but follow up with warranty issues not timely. Overall, not bad, but beware. Tile work could have been better as well.
