The next time one of u nurses or so called doctors decide to TELL a patient "ok see u in 6 weeks hopefully ur not pregnant" u should find a different job clearly ur manner and demeanor is ridiculously childish!!
I have nothing but good things to say about the totality of care and HHealth Knoxvillle staff. They have gone above and beyond for me in many ways. I'm grateful and will pass the good word around.
Had to make a last minute apt for 330 and we got there and they mixed up the birthdays between my oldest and youngest to make it look like I have them the wrong birthday otherwise all the times we had been there before they would've said something. So spending about 15 minutes at the counter and then overhearing them talking about how we would need to show burth certificate and all. then get called back and spend 45 min in the room when the nurse lead us back my daughters temperature was at 100.4 after I explained she spiked... read more
I go here for my obgyn visits , I’ve never had a problem during my appointments but calling to set appointments is very much difficult they make me feel very much as if I’m dumb when calling to set up appointments they are rude most of the time over the phone don’t answer questions… very unprofessional and seems like they would rather be doing anything but helping.
I’ve been going to this clinic ever since it opened up after they shut down the peds unit on NE glen oak ave, if that doesn’t tell you anything.. I’m almost 20 now, and the service was good up until 2 and a half years ago. The staff is rude and do not know how to do their jobs, the doctors are rude, they don’t take anything you say serious and just tell you thats normal or that they will have you back to check up on you, but never schedule the appt for check up?
