Sat here for an hour waiting for my kids to be seen then when they called me to the back they weren’t even aware they were seeing the kids, they had me checked in instead.
Nurse Kristina mccue, made my vist extremely smooth, I felt comfortable and she was well informed which helped me. Also Kim was amazing overall 10 out of 10.
Doctors always rude and stuck up. I'll be there on time and still wait an hour,but if your 10 minutes late you have to reschedule . She makes me feel like a child.
Clinic is dirty. Long wait times. Rude and unprofessional staff. Dr. Jacobs has NO bedside manners and is unbelievably condescending. No pain relievers were offered for biopsy. Staff entered and exited with a larger staff just outside the room, without providing privacy, as I was disrobed. It was a month before lab results were delivered; Dr. Jacobs claimed he did not order labs until he checked my chart and did not apologize. He is a total joke.
