The worst experience I've ever had in a medical facility. Only a handful of caring and responsive nurses here. Night shift is the worst. I have always been polite and respectful and thanked everyone.

If you love and truly care about anybody close to you, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!!! My family who went in for rehabilitation is now fighting for his life because they’re staff wouldn’t change him and it in now infected so bad that it’s septic !!!

My sister was admitted the other day. She called for help repeatedly and no one came. She needed to urinate badly. She wet herself and still no one came. They said they had 1 Covid patient and there were no visitors allowed. They didn’t have my sisters medication. My sister fractured her neck and had a rigid neck brace and was in pain. my dad had brain surgery and went in as a fall risk. he fell three times and hit his head and as a result he got fluid buildup on his brain. he had to have a shunt placed in his brain for life. sadly moving him to the location in Canton didn't do him any justice. he was not able to eat for months and as a result he lost 50 pounds and muscle mass so he couldn't even hardly walk. he was poorly cared for and now he's dead. they are killers. these facilities are a death trap. even on a doctor's orders they gave my mom a hard tim... read more

This place is horrible. My father was there for a total of 36 hours and left in an ambulance and passed away 7 days later. No one from the facility reached out for 3 days to even find out if he was ok. They over medicated him, did not provide him with his antibiotics and if not for my mother pushing for a doctor to be called in to his room, he would have died in the facility. I think they are short staffed. Too may patients, not even nurses. I remember my mom had to go to the bathroom. She rang for nurse. I just got there to visit her. I helped her. Nurse came after my mom was done. It took 15 minutes for nurse to come.
