Just bought a new 2025 f150 from them and did not have issues. The sales team and financing team made sure that myself, girlfriend, and kid were taken care of during the process and made everything clear. 2nd vehicle I have bought from them and for sure recommend them.
Had another visit to Heartland Ford for 6 month servicing and, as usual, friendly and informative staff and my vehicle servicing was completed in good time !! They were able to fit in a check on my block heater too as I was thinking it wasn't working properly. They found it to be faulty and was able to order parts that day.
