Neither Sales nor Finance were pushy on trying to upsell. The entire process was easy and I was able to get the vehicle I wanted without having to push back against needless upsell features (life insurance, loss of employment insurance, etc). Worth the drive from the City.
Over the years this dealership has gone down hill majorly. Condescending attitude on the phone, can't get anyone on the phone or to return calls, price points for vehicles is higher then other ford dealerships in the area, service pricing is way above other dealerships. Would not recommend.

I Purchased a 2023 F-150 Lariat 502A with only 50,000KM from Heartland Ford . It was a premium purchase price but everything I was looking for so I flew in from Manitoba to pick it up. Upon arrival the condition was good but they failed to tell me it had been smoked in, they tried to cover it up with an ozonator device and it smelt horrible and the entire drive home I had the windows open.
