I had my daughters Escape repaired when her ABS went out. Dave in the service Department was very friendly, and patient whenever I needed to contact him. He also went out of his way to find the best price on the parts which saved us a lot of money. I was very pleasantly surprised when we picked it up at the final cost which was extremely fair. Mike and Pam Potts have worked hard to make Heartland the best car dealership in the area. I recommend them for all of your Ford related automotive needs.

Still cannot believe the lack of respect! The owner was rude, degrading and unprofessional. I felt intimidated and scared for the way he handled himself in front of my child. My child even said “mommy he is not talking to you in a nice way!” Wow!! I had all the papers signed for a 2018 Edge and the owner revoked his deal. Never will I recommend anyone to this place.
