Last week I called the vet office with my payment information as requested.....at that time I SPECIFICALLY asked to be contacted PRIOR to ANY expensive procedures/exam were conducted. After about 5 hours AFTER our horse's appointment was scheduled I texted our trainer to make sure our horse was seen because I heard NOTHING from the vet office. The horse was indeed seen. We had a late night emergency situation with our 18 yr old Morgan gelding. Dr's Eric and Kelly Carlson and their staff were very understanding and great to work with (for us and our horse). Thank you for keeping my gelding running without pain. Nicest, cleanest facility I've ever seen. Would recommend Heartland to anyone!!
I took my 22 month old gelding there today (6/15/16) & was more than pleased with ALL the attention he got for his leg. And it was very reasonable!! Thank you Dr. Eric and your team!!!!
Heartland has wonderful knowledgeable vets. I completely trust them when it comes to my horses health. Eric is the best lameness vet I know. Recently I had a horse in my care choke badly. We called 8 different vets, and none of them even called back to make sure he was ok. Except the Carlson's, and if it weren't for them Tom would not be here.
Already posted my extreme thanks for their competence, professionalism and caring during my ghastly morning of finding one of my horses with only 3 working legs. Can't ask for better people.
Heartland Equine Hospital has a 4.8 star rating with 144 reviews.
