My visit was painless , the staff was very attentive, the dentist was professional and very knowledgeable. He rebuilt a tooth for me and it turned out very well.
I work Monday thru Friday, 7 a/m- 5p/m and have a difficult time using 'personal days' at work for a trip to the dentist. A friend who is a patient at Heartland Dentistry told me about how the practice offers extended hours. Now I just get all my dental needs taken care of after work on my home. Very convenient and effective dentistry.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Dr. Graff and his staff at Heartland Dentistry made me feel like i was the only patient there!! They really care about their patients and made me feel so comfortable. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist but i would go back to this office everyday! The whole atmosphere was so inviting and comforting! I would, and DO recommend Heartland Dentistry to everyone i know!!
This dentist practice was unbelieve able. Dr. Graff really cared that I was scared and nervous. He and his entire staff did everything possible to make me as comfortable as possible. I did not even need to wear nitrous oxide gas when Dr. Graff gave me the local medicine needed for my procedure. I feel that I got very throough care from Dr. Graff and his staff. I will be a long term patient of this practice.
My experience at Heartland Dentistry was the best experience i have ever had at a dentist office. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and seemed very excitied to be there helping their patients. Dr. Andrew Graff was extremely thorough when going over any treatment that needed to be done. The Heartland Dentistry staff really went out of their way to make me feel like part of their "dental family" and not just another patient!
