Heartland Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and I'm very pleased with the results. I'll be using them again. Great service, especially if you have pets. The carpets dried quickly and we were back in those rooms that evening.
Very poor customer service. It’s not necessary to come in my home and be this rude! They have spent 4 days “drying” my carpets from a flood. My house smells like sewer, the carpets aren’t going to dry completely anytime soon, the pads were saturated. They refuse to shampoo because there is still dampness. I just need them shampooed already. At the very least they could send a Tech who isn’t rude to the tenant.
Glad I didn't have to do it
