I am a Mexican-American 19 year old who was forced to taketherqpyby her mother here in 2016-2017. I am currently cleaning my room because I am moving soon. I have these documents I got from this location which gives details about my therapy sessions. My mom forced me to therapy because according to her, I was having issues due to her divorcing my dad which is not true at all. Heartland discharged my grandson for aging out without appropriately handing him off to another agency. They made no attempt to truly hand him off and help his mother. Now my grandson who has had mental health services for his entire life and is unable to answer questions for Access to mental health in Sacramento county has no services and no one to manage his psychiatric care. I am incredibly disappointed in this organization.
