Dr Oakes’ team is amazing. Hope is extremely sweet and comforting especially during what can be very uncomfortable procedures. Stephanie is the blood draw MASTER. The front desk receptionists are always so friendly. My whole experience here was short and sweet and awesome.
My husband and I recently concluded our journey with Heartland, and while our infertility treatment did not result in the outcome we had hoped for, I want to share our experience in the hope it helps others navigating this difficult path. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Heartland! Going through fertility treatment was one of the most vulnerable and emotional times of my life, and every nurse, receptionist, and doctor we interacted with showed us incredible kindness. Most of our interactions were with Drs. Weedin, Delaney, and Gustin. Their communication was terrible, and they rarely if ever contacted us about any of our tests or next steps. They also use testing services that seem like a scam by charging $13,000 for a single test because they know it will be denied by insurance and then charge you a "special price." It has been over a year now and we still haven't heard back about either of our $13,000 (each) tests.
