Used for a couple years for our businesses payroll. Was the absolute worse service and the employees who I worked with were no longer with the company when I needed help. I’d email or call in and get little to no support. Meanwhile when logging in it would show the employees no longer with the company as my reps. Also, several times I got notices from the Department of Revenue because they failed to file documents of mishandled information. Heartland has a daycare attached to their corporate office. My son-in-law works there, and all three of my grandchildren have been in that facility. I can not say enough good things about the staff and how they have treated and influenced them.
