Have to drive across town several times for paperwork, they tell us we cant have our information, we leave, get home, they tell us we can get it. Then drive across town again to sit for an hour for a paper they knew for 6 f×;>#'@ hours we needed. And still forced us to wait. Again. I need to submit a bill for MY WASTED TIME. Zero accountability, do your f...... job.
RecommendedMy mom was there today for her procedure and they took very good care of her! There was even some eye candy there to keep us entertained and made my mom blush a little.

Dr. Bajaj is a very kind doctor but his staff is terrible. The nurse never calls in the medication to the pharmacy, then when we call to talk to her like the doctor told us to do, she never....NEVER calls back. It has been 28 days since my husband had his appointment and we are STILL waiting for his medication. This is not the first time this has happened to us, it's about the 4th time and it will be the last time. Great doctor, horrible staff!!! (Oh and lets not talk about the 2-3 hour wait to be seen most times)
Thanks Heartland Cardiology for sending me to Wesley for a blood draw. It cost over $850. I might suggest you get a lab, or inform your patients of the cost they will incur.
Thank you Dr Shaheen for helping me with my heart issues. It was nothing major but still he got hints under control quickly. I also loved his kind bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr Shaheen
So proud of you Dr Shaheen for trying to bring back integrity to medicine. Medicine in many ways has lost it's way to the almighty dollar and you and your colleagues are working hard to bring it back.
