I had a great car shopping experience with Heartland Auto Connection. Dave and Liz were friendly, well informed and patient with me. Dave made my shopping experience very pleasant and now I am a happy owner of a great used car!
Ran over a piece of metal. (1 inch in length and 1/4 inch in width) I first took my car to Rochester Auto and was told it was unfixable most likely. Was then told by Roch Auto that Discount Tire does advanced Tire repairs and could maybe help but would be difficult. Discount Tire glanced at my tire and said there’s no way they could fix it. I just purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman from Heartland Auto Connection. First and foremost, Tim is a wonderful and honest person. I was scheduled to pick up the car yesterday morning, and I woke up to find a text on my phone that he had noticed a small leak and was sending it to the shop to get checked out and he later texted that he was waiting for a part from the Mini shop to repair the leak. Recently purchased a 2020 Kia Soul from Heartland Auto Connection. It was a good experience from start to finish, with Tim being flexible as I waited for my funding. The last couple cars I have purchased have been from smaller places like Heartland and they really beat the big dealerships in terms of customer service. Highly recommend!
